Itinerary
Come visit the Society's new Headquarters at Point No Point Light Station as well as several of the lighthouses in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
August 21, 2010
SEATTLE
Arrive SEA-TAC Airport & pick up complimentary
24 hour shuttle to hotel for check in. Welcome dinner at the hotel.
August 22, 2010
SEATTLE
After breakfast at the hotel, we will board our coach and depart for Alki Point Lighthouse. Following our tour of Alki Point, we will head to Discovery Park for a tour of the West Point Lighthouse. As the morning draws to a close, we will arrive at Mukilteo lighthouse where we will tour the lighthouse and enjoy a picnic lunch on the grounds. After lunch, we will travel to Anacortes where we will board the ferry to Friday Harbor where we will spend the night. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.

ANACORTES - OAK HARBOR
We will have breakfast at a local restaurant then depart for a tour of Lime Kiln lighthouse. From Lime Kiln, we will head back to Friday Harbor. Then it’s time to board the boat trip to Patos Island, Turn Point, Cattle Point, and Burrows Island. We will enjoy our lunch on the boat. Once back in Anacortes, we will proceed to Whidbey Island where we will tour Admiralty Head lighthouse. Then we’re off to Oak Harbor to this evening’s hotel. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.

PORT TOWNSEND - SEQUIM
Following breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our ferry to Port Townsend. Once in Port Townsend we will head to the Point Wilson lighthouse
for a tour. We will then depart for Sequim eating lunch en route. In Sequim, we will board our vessel for a cruise to New Dungeness Light Station. We will land on the island and be able to tour the ligthhouse. After the cruise, we will spend the night in Sequim.

HANSVILLE - SEATTLE
Breakfast will be at the hotel. We will then proceed
to the Society’s headquarters at Point No Point lighthouse. Along the way, we will stop for a photo op of the Skunk Bay lighthouse. At Point No Point, there will be plenty of time to tour the lighthouse, Society offices and gift shop while enjoying a picnic lunch on the grounds. Then we’re off to another ferry which will take us into Seattle where we will spend the night. There will be free time in Seattle, with optional tours of the SWIFTSURE lightship and the Space Needle, with dinner on your own.
August 26, 2010
VASHON ISLAND
After breakfast at the hotel, we will catch our ferry to Vashon Island and proceed to Point Robinson Lighthouse for a tour and picnic lunch. Then, another ferry takes us over to Point Defiance where we’ll head to the Browns Point lighthouse for a tour. Once we’ve finished at Browns Point, we will return to the Sea-Tac hotel and check-in for our final night. The farewell dinner will be at the hotel.
